Hi Yes there is a washine maching on the top of the terrace for all the customers. Principal Floor. I can't confirm an early check in , it's depend if we have a check out on the same day or not.

We were there a month in January and were happy there although there were shortcomings.

Location,close to the metro and easy walk to all the sights. Having a kitchen was good. Access to staff was great, Netflix and YouTube was an unexpected bonus.

The apartment door was thin so we heard everyone walking past in the hallway. It is a small building so there were not a lot of people. The bathroom is ‘efficient’ which means everything is there but tiny. The second bedroom could be slept in but was not a great room. We were in the back and on a lower floor so there was no direct sunlight in the apartment and the terrace was surrounded by neighborhood laundry. Neither of these is the fault of our landlord.

Family City Break

Everything was amazing. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Location was fantastic as well

The only minor thing was the pillows in the main bedroom. Just personal preference really.

Exceptional

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Good location, polite staff, great place to stay.

Before we leave, we asked if it would be possible to leave our luggage at reception, as we check out in the morning, but our flight was in the evening and the lady at the reception said she would be there around 10 AM. After we checked out, there was no one at the reception. We waited and called but she said she was busy, so we had to quickly find a near locker storage as we had already bought tickets for 11AM at Park Güell. This delayed us a lot. So don't rely on reception to keep your luggage, use locker storage.

Overall fantastic stay and concierge was very helpful! Very charming, clean and pleasant.

This was a perfect location for staying in the heart of Barcelona! Rooms are very nice, amenities and space was great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this wonderful city!

The art on the wall and in the rooms are not for everyone...Also, probably because it's an old building, it was not very soundproof.

Very Good

Location is great, walking distance from tapas bars and points of interest/ metro station. Apartment is spacious, with 2 rooms and a living room + small kitchen. Ideal for families. Bathroom includes toiletries and hairdryer. Check-in and check-out super easy

The apartment can be quite cold in winter but it's common in Barcelona, however air conditioning is available to heat it up

The apartment was large (2 bedrooms), and very comfortable. The whole building was decorated with fun and quirky photos by Enrique Rottenberg. The central location meant we could walk to all the things we wanted to see or do.

Good location

Nice design. Code for entrance, no need staff for check in and out. Good communication. Good location between two metro lines. You could reach every tourism location with few steps. Many restaurants nearby streets.

There are a building construction in neighbours. We have loud neighbours also. They have after party on balcony and inside apartment. I recommend midnight staff to solve these problems.

Great overall.

Location was brilliant, with easy access to taxis, restaurants, and the metro. Also, walking distance from some key sites like Sagrada Familia and La Rambla. Apartment was very secure, and very attractive and well maintained.

My experience on arrival in terms of getting the key code was a bit harrowing. In a nutshell, I hadn't received any notification of the key code, even after sending e-mails and texts to the address/phone numbers given, so I had to phone several times, standing outside the apartment building when we arrived, and finally managed to get hold of someone via a Whatsapp call. She then proceeded to tell me that, although I had paid the rent of over EUR1,000, she couldn't give me the access code until I had paid the local tax, and sent her pictures of our passports, which was the first time I had heard about this requirement. Bearing in mind that she was now at home, all I could do in my desperation was ask her if I could send her my credit card details and passport pictures via Whatsapp, which she then agreed to. After a further 10 minute wait, she then sent me the code via Whatsapp. All's well that ends well, but it's not what one would like to experience.

Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Barcelona

Very nice apartment which was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The location is very good, close to public transport and some very cool places to eat nearby. We stayed as we were attending a concert at the olympic stadium so it was very good location to explore that area. A recent review mentioned it not being safe, I disagree. It is a city centre apartment so of course you must be careful if alone or walking down a side street at night. My wife and I both really liked location and the street behind the apartment is very hipster. The bed was very comfortable (which is often an issue in Spainish rentals) and the balcony was nice and chill. TV in bedroom and living room were smart and had netflix which was super nice. Fantastic shower, excellent pressure. Some reviews mentioned it being hard to regulate. From our experience, it is like this in many places in Spain. You get the hang of it. Once the temperature is correct, then it is really great. Some other reviews also mentioned not being able to lock balcony doors. However this is not true, you can lock them but you just have to put some effort into it as the lock doesn't align very well on its own.

Poor communication with reception. I had to reach out for information and to arrange access. Reception was due to close on the day we arrived at 1500 but this was not what was written on booking.com. If I hadn't reached out then we would have had an issue getting into apartment. Same for check out. Messaged twice via booking.com but received no answer. Staff in the reception were very nice on last day though and we were able to store our luggage. Lack of information. As we checked ourselves in and out we didn't have too much info. For example, some other reviews commented on there not being enough towels with only two bath towels provided. In fact we found two more in an almost hidden kitchen press. This would have been nice to know from start. The couch.....oh good god what an uncomoftable piece of furniture. All style no function. I read the reviews complaining about it but it really needs to be sat on to truly grasp how awful it is. Of course we didn't spend much time on it, but after a long day it would be nice to have a comfy couch. We used the bed instead. Many reviews mention the noise, it didn't bother us very much but we also live in the city anyway. For sure it is not noise isolated but it was no issue for us.

Numerous good restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Close to metro and bus stops. Comfortabe, clean, and cute! Vsnessa was very helpful. Rooftop patio is great!
